Adding Profit First Accounting Team Member to Your Hubdoc Organisation

  • Navigate to Your Dashboard: Start by logging in to your Hubdoc account and landing on your organisation's dashboard.
  • Open Settings: In the top right-hand corner of your dashboard, you'll find the settings icon (looks like a gear or cog). Click on it to access your organisation's settings.

 

Step 2: Invite a User

  • Select the Users Tab: Within the settings, you'll see various tabs. Click on the "Users" tab to manage user access.
  • Initiate User Invitation: Under the "Users" tab, you'll find an option to "Invite a User." Click on this to begin the process.

 

Step 3: Provide User Details and Permissions

  • Enter User Email: In the invitation dialog, enter the email address of the user you want to add.
  • Assign User Role: Choose the accountant's role from the options provided.
  • Customize Permissions: Tailor the permissions to match the user's needs. Adjust these settings as necessary to grant specific access levels.
  • Send Invitation: Once you've reviewed and set the permissions, click "Send Invite" to dispatch the invitation.
